Schedule of retrieval is January 13 to February 21, 2014, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm only. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Please bring your retrieval pass and valid ID. For authorized representatives, please provide duly signed authorization letter along with your retrieval pass, photocopy of artist’s valid ID and photocopy of representative’s valid ID.
Any artworks which will not be claimed after February 21, 2014 will be disposed of by the Organizer in accordance with the rules and regulations as stipulated in Section K.3.
